Bill Jaffee, My Brother, Races at the Highest Level

My whole life, I have searched in so many ways for an older brother, the older brother that I have always yearned for, the older brother that I have never had.

 

Of course, I do have a younger brother, Bill, who is a very strong man.

 

Bill is an auto enthusiast, a collector and racer of vintage cars, a lover of graphic art and of finance.

 

He has done a wonderful job for years raising his three boys, Weston, BB and Warren.

 

This is not an easy job.

 

A highly responsible man, Bill provides for his three boys and Nancy, his wife, as well as his dog, Sushi, and he does a good job of helping our mother.

I recall many lovely times in my childhood with Billy, playing running games in the neighborhood, going to summer camp together, being in plays and skits at summer camp and at home, exploring secret passageways in our house and elsewhere, and hosting Bill in New York, when I lived there, and Los Angeles, where I currently live.

 

I am a sinner, a deeply flawed man.  

 

And members of my family have at times suffered because of me.

 

I am very sorry about this.

 

I also know that Billy and his three boys and Nancy are strong people.

 

And they are going to be fine.

 

God is looking out for us.
